CipherTap generates a secret code of four to six digits and challenges you to crack it using systematic deduction. Enter your guess on the numpad and tap ENTER. Every digit in your guess gets a colour hint — green means that digit is correct and in the right position, amber means the digit is in the code but in the wrong position, and grey means the digit is not in the code at all. Use those clues to build a more precise next guess. You have six attempts per round. Crack the code in fewer guesses to score more points. Fail to crack it and you take a strike — three strikes and the game ends. The code grows from four to five to six digits as your score climbs, and the challenge scales with it. All of this plays out on a retro green terminal display that makes every correct crack feel genuinely satisfying.
