Thank you very much for using our product, the App is a companion app for our smartwatch.
The App can synchronize data such as steps, calories, mileage, sleep and exercise records recorded by your smartwatch.
Your data is displayed in a more user-friendly and beautiful way.
We will push the phone call and text message content to the smartwatch to prevent you from missing key information (this feature requires your authorization).
You can use the App to configure the smartwatch's sedentary reminder interval, alarm clock, schedule, backlight, so that you can use the smartwatch better.
Supported smartwatches:
For (AF25 , AM08) series smartwatches, if there is follow-up update support, we will update them in time.

Wish it came with a manual - or st least more instructions. Sometimes I can find what I'm looking for and other times I just give up in frustration. I have no idea what "namecard" is or what it does, or do I even want it. Also have trouble hearing a notification alert when I get a text message. There must be a way to increase volume. Would be nice to be able to assign a special ringtone to select contacts.

You CAN'T DELETE watch faces or PHOTOS, EVEN AFTER a factory reset. Most applications on this watch DO NOT work. After you put in your height and weight it will show imperial at forest but them automatically switches to metric and you cannot change that on your profile either, so you never know what the actual height and weight is unless you use metric.

I had this watch for a few months and been having lots off issues with I can't pair it to my phone, can't check my BP, Heart rate, Blood Oxygen, to name a few because everytime I do it show that a app is needed. Why when they show it on HSN EVERYTHING IS WORKING JUST FINE BUT WHEN YOU GET ITS HOME NOTHING IS WORKING LIKE IT DOSE ON THE SHOW. This is terrible will never buy another watch off HSN.
