Altametrics Clock has been a fantastic tool for managing my work schedule. The app is straightforward to use, with a clean interface that makes clocking in and out a breeze. I love how it tracks my hours accurately, so I never have to worry about payroll issues.

Great until recently. Until about a month ago the app worked well, I was able to do what I needed to do with the app. Now as a supervisor I cannot edit or even view my managers and floor supervisors. I have access on our website but the app doesn't want to allow access now. I have contacted support and submitted feedback about 3 weeks ago now and I still have not gotten a response. Wanted to avoid a bad review and give them a chance to help fix 1st.
