"Online banking is currently unavailable :( " the most common message on the app, they're always down at the most inconvenient times can't even access my account info, it's 9 am on a Monday now and they're working on getting it fixed, 7 years with this bank and this happens once a week or the absolute worse is when you show up to their physical location and their atms are having the same issue making your money unusable for 2-3 hours while they "fix" their issues. After I downloaded app they closed my account. Still haven't unlocked my account, i try to call to get my app fixed. I was given no help but to wait. I literally have this app in my phone and I can't use it. Like they told me on the phone, you can just call to find out your balance instead of conveniently using our app. I wish I could give this app 0 stars.

Does a pretty good job on all my banking needs. The only issue I have is they don't have published maintenance hours, so sometimes late at night I can't do a mobile deposit. I get an unauthorized error message instead of them just saying that the system is down for maintenance. It would be useful to know what the maintenance schedule is, and if it is overnight or just a couple hours.
