Very Poor packing, I ordered 1 L ghee, but got half spilled pack. Tried calling their customer care but no response. It's a BROAD DAYLIGHT SCAM. FAKE COMPANY, the IVR says our phone lines are closed but says your wait no is 1. No one replies on phone or whats app.

Recently ordered bedsheets from this app. One of the sheets was fine. The other looked extremely faded, dull and old compared to the attractive, brightly coloured photos displayed. Customer care refused engage meaningfully. No return or exchange was offered because of disclaimer on website that product may be different from photos. Uninstalling the app as we can't trust the pictures especially without customer reviews or redressal mechanisms. More disappointing when products are so expensive.
