Avoid this app! I lost a limited-time offer because it kept showing errors when I tried to access my card. Reinstalling didn't help, and their customer service is completely clueless and offered zero solutions. They just opened a useless complaint ticket while the issue persisted for days. Extremely unreliable system and unprofessional support—don't trust them with your urgent transactions!

I can't using the app The program isn't working at all, even after I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and the problem persists.

I submitted a request to get the card and submitted my documents. it took them long enough then they sent me to finish submitting the documents and asked me to submit the very same documents I already did. I contacted customer support which was not helpful, passive and rude. I don't actually mind if my request was declined but at least give me closure to move on. not to mention the glitchy app my god. it's just horrible.
