I submitted a request to get the card and submitted my documents. it took them long enough then they sent me to finish submitting the documents and asked me to submit the very same documents I already did. I contacted customer support which was not helpful, passive and rude. I don't actually mind if my request was declined but at least give me closure to move on. not to mention the glitchy app my god. it's just horrible.

Abysmal customer service. Make sure you do not buy off the app and buy from platforms and pay with aman and wait for the triple zero offers. If you order off the app, you are in for the worst shopping experience of your life.

it crashes all the time even I un-installed it many time to fix the problem but till now it didn't work and I can't pay my installment every month on time worst app ever in fin tech
