You need to be enrolled in Online Banking to use this app. To enroll, visit our website or any branch location. There is no charge to download and use ACFCU’s mobile app, however standard data rates may apply for texting depending on your carrier and account plan.

Ratings and reviews

The new app is clunky and takes a lot longer to do simple tasks that could be accomplished in a couple of clicks on the old app, such as transferring from accounts. Not to mention the load times are way longer with the new app then the old app, and sometimes it fails to load which can only be fixed by forced stopping the app. I'm not sure why companies continue to "fix" things that are not broken.

I honestly don't see a lot of difference between the new app and the old version. I was really hoping to see some sort of feature that lets us upload pictures of checks to make deposits through the app like a lot of banks have now. But honestly it's features are limited to still just making transfers. Hope we have an update soon that includes more.. EDIT: this new version also makes you re-enter your login info each time. It's a hassle and I absolutely HATE this app!

The mobile app is easy. I'm no computer geek but I can use it really easy! I love the fraud alert with the debit card!
