Needs volume control App ignores the phones volume settings. It's either silent or full blast. Extremely disruptive when I get a page at night or am in a room with a patient. There are options for volume in the settings but they are all greyed out.
Eh First thing is to allow auto signatures to the text. Right now, when we text to a pager, people have no way to know who's it's from unless I add a sig. Needs an option to have it added automatically. Second. Need option to delete message right from the messages list. What's with having to go in an deleting each individual text?
Cannot register Installation went well enough, but there appears no way to actually access the app. It repeatedly asks for credentials, which it then says are invalid. The "forgot password" option sometimes generates a new one, but then it either goes back to "cannot register at this time, try again later" or refuses to send a password at all, as the email account "is already in use" (yes, that's why I'm using it!!). Tried rereregistering several times with different emails, with no result. Their support pages are unhe
Have to use it for work, but that does not mean it's good, or should not be fixed. The notifications are the BIGGEST ISSUE. Everything is for Ringtones... this is a NOTIFICATION APP and it should be using Notifications. Secondly, the do not disturb only works if you change it to "Use Device's Ringtone"... this is WRONG on so many levels. Finally, if you reboot, this app does NOT wake-up!!! It will stay sleeping, even though you might have a COUPLE messages pending notification. Finally, this app will NOT WAKE UP after a reboot. The only way I have found is to actually open the app after any and all reboots. It's pretty BAD if you miss a notification!!!
UPDATE: Volume PROBLEM SOLVED There are TWO listings under "Site" in the settings window. One is my organization and the other is "AMC Select USMO" change the "Site" to "AMC Select", choose Settings, and then " uncheck the box for "Use device ringtone" (I also then set the volume under the low, medium, and high priority to low, but I think that isn't even needed. Just UNCHECK the box as I said) Go back to your organization as the Site, and then under settings, select what tone and volume you want I had previously changed the volume settings under my organization but you have to ALSO change the settings under " AMC Select" as well. <Android will not allow silencing or even altering alarm volume. (Loud enough to wake the dead). Still not able to do so after an update occurred 6/2015. Supposedly iPhone DOES allow you to make these changes.>
