Ratings and reviews

Love the app. "However", It never remembers my finger print, even though I select the method. It also never signs in the "first" time. It gets frozen on the ring of death loading screen after sign in, and I have to exit and reopen the app, and sign in again, just to actually sign in. Very time consuming. If fixed, I will update my review.

Ridiculous. It's been a month since ive been able to login. Every time i try it says unknown error occurred. I have to go to the website again this month just to pay my bill, again. 30 days later and its still not fixed. Whoever is in charge of the app needs to fix it. (3 Years later and still having issues using the app. Absolutely ridiculous. Can surely take our money with no problems. You would figure they would be quick to fix it since you can pay your bill through the app if it worked.)

Like others this app is unusable on my android phone. It starts and switches to display that shows a girl listening to music on her phone (?) with headphones. The app then locks and won't accept any input like tapping on the login banner or any of the tabs. I've had this app on my phone for a long time but rarely use it. I've really only used it during bad weather to report a power outage. I happen to use it today to retrieve my account number and found it didn't work. Cleared cache/data-no joy
