So My family and I have been using this service for a few months now and up until today if something has been wrong they had quickly and promptly corrected the missing order. Today though when ordering a rather large order and having a third of it missing the owner (said his name was jason) called my house and accused my wife of scamming when she called and reported the inconsistency. He told her from now on if something was wrong with our order we would just be out what we paid for.

It started great, but delivery times seem to take forever. Having recently started using another app that has shorter times for the exact same restaurants I am afraid my time with this app will soon be ending.
