American Eagle FCU Mobile Banking is available to all AEFCU members who are registered online banking users. To access the app, log in using fingerprint identification or your online banking username and password.

- Transfer funds. Transfer money between your accounts at American Eagle or to other financial institutions.

- Pay bills. Pay your bills on the go, schedule payments or view processed payments with just a couple of taps.
- Pay friends and family using our Pay a Person feature.
- Manage alerts. Set up, edit or delete reminders or alerts for low balance, clearing checks, secure messages and more.

What I like is the clear, concise layout of the app, making the options and choices easy. Transfers to savings are a breeze and the app is responsive. Ads on there are a bit annoying, but you learn to ignore them. The reason why it is only four stars is every time I log into the app, it asks me if I want to setup a finger print security scan. Even after declining the option, it constantly wants to open that sector of the app. Fix this bug and you get a fiber star review.

Thank you for the feedback it is very helpful and we have looked into the issue with biometrics and were advised it is an Android feature we cannot turn off but we will continue to explore our options. Thank you again for your membership and your feedback.

The setup for this app is very intuitive. It's very easy to check balances on my accounts, confirm deposits and transfers between accounts and pay bills. The remote deposit feature can be difficult sometimes. It helps to have extremely bright lighting & a contrasting background for that. I've had deposits rejected simply because the room I was in was just a bit too dark. Photo studio brightness is frequently required. 6/30/2023: the app has become more forgiving of lighting since I last used it.

Dear Tony, thank you for the feedback as it is greatly appreciated. I have found the lighting is important but I also find with my own phone that it helps to clean my lens before each deposit I am trying. I hope this helps make your deposit experience easier.

Bill pay used to be quick and easy. On the app, I can only pay one bill at a time. Also, I added a new payee and cannot review the company information, so I don't know if my payment will go to the correct payment center. This is on top of a couple of other recent issues I have had with AEFCU. They used to be the best, now they are getting too automated, too impersonal. Response: I tried to use the edit pencil. If the merchant is "electronic" no address is listed. Pray the acct # formats match
