With the official American Express® app for Android®, you can take your card account with you wherever you go. Get an overview of your account balance, redeem your Membership Rewards® points and much more, all viewable on the go.
FUNCTIONS
• Simply log in with your online account credentials, which you also use at www.americanexpress.at/konto-online.
• Log in quickly and easily using fingerprint registration (assuming supported devices).
• You can now scan your card, activate it and log in to the online card account via your app.
• Keep track of your spending at all times and manage multiple card accounts in one app.
• Check your current account balance, completed and pending transactions.
• Easily view your current Membership Rewards points balance and pay for your transactions online and subsequently with your points (provided you participate in the Membership Rewards bonus program).
• Download your current and past invoices (up to 6 months) in PDF format.
• Find transactions from the last 7 months quickly and easily with the new search function. Search by merchant name and filter by date - search results will display credits and debits, as well as primary and additional cardholder transactions.
• If you can't find your card, you can temporarily block it at any time via the app, so your account is protected. Of course, you can unblock your card again at any time.
• Enable push notifications to be notified of purchase activity and keep track of daily expenses and charges.
• You can retrieve your username and reset your password.
• View, update, or add your email address.
ELIGIBILITY
• You are eligible if you have already registered for American Express® Online Services and have a valid username and password. Simply download the app.
• If you haven't yet registered for American Express® online services, you're just one click away. First register at www.americanexpress.at/konto-online and then download the app.
• The app is only available for personal and corporate American Express® cards issued by American Express Europe S.A. - Austrian branch were issued, available.
• The app can only be used for cards issued in Austria.
• The availability of the functions depends on the product.
