MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT EASIER

ELIGIBLE CARDS

Amex App is only for Personal Cards, SBS Cards and Corporate Cards issued by American Express Mexico.

To use the application, enter your Online Services username and password. If you have not registered yet, visit americanexpress.com.mx/regístrate from your computer or from the Amex App (formerly Amex to Go). The application is designed for basic and supplementary Cardholders of all American Express Credit and Service Cards.

Access to and use of this application is subject to the applicable License Agreement to which you must accept.

App is quite nice! Support through chat is great. Only issue I have been having is that when I am in the customer chat and I am minimizing it, and reopening, the app sometimes treats my reopening the app like opening a new session and the app tells me that a session is already in progress.

In general, the app has a clean interface and is easy to use. Yet, one thing I'd like to see are the transactions in progress/pending, similar to what other banking apps offer. Right now, such transactions can only be viewed in the AmEx web site. Those are very useful for planning / tracking purposes and having them handy through the app would be great.

Can't even open the app, it closes automatically. I haven't been able to use the app since I downloaded. Please fix this issue asap.
