Amex Expense lets your team submit and approve expenses on the go. Enrollment required.

• Snap & submit: Submit expenses on-the-go in real-time with digital receipt capture.

• See alerts in real-time: Flag out-of-policy spending to maintain oversight and ensure compliance.

• See spending as it happens: Don't wait until month-end to identify savings opportunities, analyze policy adherence, and make budget decisions.

• Approve expenses: Use the mobile app to review and take action on employee expenses, in addition to viewing Card transactions in real time.

The Amex Expense app and its features are available only to eligible customers who have the American Express Corporate CashBack Program in the United States. The mobile app is available for download only in U.S. app stores. Access is limited to spenders or approvers with a U.S. residential address whose company is enrolled. The company must create a spender or approver profile and invite the spender or approver to establish an American Express user ID and password. Once credentials are created, the spender or approver may log in and submit or review expenses through the mobile app. Message and data rates may apply.
