Absolute garbage app. Can't navigate away from it while booking or it needs to start your booking over again. Did that several times and then just got stuck in a login loop where it would allow me to start booking again, only to then tell me my session expired and log me out again. Do the devs assume you memorize all of your travel info and will never need to navigate away from the app while booking? Why is this app so buggy?

Prices are sometimes competitive, but not regularly. Interface is very frustrating when searching for hotels, single biggest gripe on this app. Want to search for a hotel in a specific area? Good luck. When searching for "Newark Airport" in the location box, the search returns over 800 results, with the top listings in Manhattan and Brooklyn. No map and no way to filter by location (other than an arbitrary list of neighborhoods, not including the airport). Absolutely infuriating system.

Amex Platinum customer experience. As of July 29, 2026 the app serves false advertising and misleads the customers. E.g. the "Fine hotels and resorts" (FHR) selection opens a list of hotels that have nothing to do with the program. Then the app promises the benefits and nudges for purchasing the stay. I was deceived in this manner. Only the call to support clarified that neither Amex benefits nor the hotel network ones will be provided. This is very cheap for a service aiming to be premium.
