Pretty neat! I've used the app twice, one time for a bad cold and the second time for a UTI. Both times I was able to get meds filled pretty much immediately and also the providers were able to write me a doctors note for work, and also order labwork. My primary care doctor's schedule books up really quickly so I wouldn't have been able to get in for a few days if I didn't have the app. And also, most insurances cover the visit with a $0 copay :-)

Excellent app!!!!!! I came down with a chest cold and was searching where I could go last minute. Urgent Care, ER we're ever. So I found this app online while searching for somewhere to go online that took my Medicaid. It was super easy. I downloaded the app and registered, filled out insurance and selected the doctor. I waited for no longer than 15 minutes and then the doctor came on, she was very professional and answered all my questions. Got prescriptions the same day. Excellent!!!!

The doctor visit itself was fine. However, if you have an issue with billing it will not get resolved. This company keeps sending the wrong codes to my insurance. I call the nowlinic with my insurance and everyone agrees, including the nowclinic agents, that the codes are wrong. The nowclinic agent escalates the case only to get an email back saying the billing department (which you cannot talk to) billed it correctly. It's a circle of incompetence. I have called a number of times.
