Ratings and reviews

Not accurate - almost positive this app is developed to reduce your score no matter what. I'm a great driver, 99% of my drives are PERFECT but my score is 78. it never goes back up. Only slowly goes down over the last few years. I don't speed, I don't brake hard, and the only time I use my phone is via Bluetooth (hands free) or at a STOP LIGHT (which is legal to do) but that apparently counts against me? Also the speed limits are not always up-to-date so you'll get dinged no matter what.

This app needs transparancy. It gives you a score but the math doesn't match. We should be seeing ANYTHING that affects our score otherwise you could just be making up numbers. It will tell you there is phone use, and speeding, often without any showing on the maps. Plus there is a bunch of behind the scenes things that go into the score that we can't see. How are we supposed to fix what we can't see. How do we even know there is anything to fix. For all we know the scores are made up.

I agree with others. The Know Your Drive app was much better. This app is vague at best. You can't see details of each trip as far as speeding, phone use, and braking. It just gives you stars. Also wondering if they will just replace this app with another one before actual discount is given. I think it requires too much information sharing as well. Not thrilled with terms of service.
