About this app

The Ampath app displays your personal Ampath pathology test results as soon as they are available.

You need your South African ID number or a valid passport number to register. You also need to verify your mobile number to complete the app registration process.

The app can also provide notifications once new test results become available.

Worst app ever!!!! I could not log in at all. No matter how many times I tried to. I even installed the app numerous times with the hope that I would be able to log in. First it had a problem with verifying my ID, then it kept telling me my password was not long enough(even though it was way more digits than the minimum required). An absolutely horrible experience!!!

I was away on holiday and needed urgent access to my past results. The app just would not open. I uninstalled it and downloaded it again to no avail. There was no online help available as everything was closed until after the new year weekend. as a result I had to spend thousands on new tests.

Best Lab app. Shows results from a number of years ago. Perfect for keeping track of your own health and being able to have the information at yr fingertips. Highly recommend. Only issue would be the default option allowing doctors to select for only them to get the results and they will contact you. This then doesnt allow the results to automatically come through.
