Al Mulla Exchange is unfairly charging a 1.250 KD transfer fee even for online transactions. When customers are putting in their own effort and transferring money online by themselves, why are you still charging such a high fee? There is absolutely no difference between showroom service and online service. Online users must be given a discount or lower fees. On top of that, your customer support gave no proper response to my email. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable!

Nice app. easy to use. But If possible, please change the black color at the top of the receipt. It consumes a lot of ink.
