In ver2.2.1, it is not possible to stay logged-in (as seafarer) from multiple devices at same time. As seafarers, we do carry multiple devices. Kindly grant permission to log in as "seafarer" from atleast 5 devices, as had been the case earlier to this upgrade. Also, for BOM52852, unable to post anything on forum as "limit reached" alert pops up - since more than 6 m. Am i being blocked purposefully ?

We have uploaded a new version of the WE Care App, which "does not" require to change the mobile Date Time Automatic time zone setting to ON. First clear app cache & data , then uninstall the app and reinstall it again from Play Store.
If still you face issue, please email the app support team at support.app@angloeastern.com, for quick resolution.

it's been more than a week, i can't log in after installing the latest update. I also tried using my email and entering the OTP. I've been emailing you guys too but no response..

WE Care will work only on one device. Please click on deregister and enter the OTP received on your registered email to login

I cannot log in. At the log in page I type my email ID and received an otp . After inserting the otp the page loads for a while and comes back to the login page.could you guide me on how to resolve this issue
