The app is a mess... It's 3 apps in one and the one for domestic shipping has no photos. Very disappointing

don't using this app. u can lost u items like me, it doesn't notify your items arrive. it happened to me on my second purchase. not only that customer service is terrible they don't call you to tell u that ur product is arriving. I ordered something about a month ago so I went to ask. They said the item I ordered already arrived but changed the location that I wanted to arrive at, i asked why it changed and how do I get my stuff loda sovanna just said 2004 and talk to other customer ignoring me.

Don't use this service of Loda, it's not responsible and very poor service. When you order one set of item this will be separated to be more than 3 parts in order to get more money for service charges on measurements. Be careful with this company Loda.
