DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The app makes no sense. They don't tell you their shipping fee up front. They hit you with it later, and in my first shipment it was much more than the items themselves. There is ZERO customer service on the app. No chat box. No way to send or respond to a message. The app is all over the place and not remotely user friendly. It's too bad because they have a large selection of goods. I found a "customer service" on Telegram. ZERO HELP. Tells me to do the same thing over

customer support works. But the app and information is dated. I registered with a mobile number but the verification code only got sent 30 minutes later. Also keeps getting stuck in a loading loop, which you can only fix by closing and reopening the app. Update on service later.

Bad experience on 2nd time ordering. I've ordered 3 sets of kid clothes from the same store and my package was split into 3 individual packages and was charged for shipping separately. It should only be 1 package with 1 shipping fee. The 3 sets weigh 0.35kg, but my shipping fee was $2.67 total. I asked customer service and the reply was "the store split it into 3 packages" that's a lie. Poor service as well. Youngsia Purchase App is a better option if anyone is looking for a better choice.
