Important , a device can only be turned on by the hardware power button , as far as we know . so please only turn of your phone if your device's hardware power button is functional

My phone's power button had broken for good, and this was the only app I could find where I could reopen my phone without having to pay using the shake function. It is simple and useful, however the shake function is a bit hit or miss and doesn't always work really well. It would be good if you could also just use the volume button to open the phone, maybe through a holding action since I still want to be able to use the volume buttons normally.

works with pixel 9 pro fold. my power button barely works and switching it to the volume up key has saved it. finger print scanner still works so it almost has no downside.

It's awesome but as it's not a device admin app, it automatically stops working every now and then.
