Dex Database for Pokemon is an independent, mobile-first companion app for Pokémon fans. Browse the full Pokédex, search by name or number, see types and base stats at a glance, follow evolution chains, and build a personal favorites list — all in a clean, mobile-first interface that works offline.

• Favorites — heart any Pokémon to keep a personal list, sortable by date added, Pokédex number, or name

• Offline-friendly: anything you've opened stays accessible without a network — the app caches your browse history on your device

DESIGNED FOR ONE-HANDED USE

Dex Database for Pokemon is built for the moments when you want a quick answer on the go. The Dex tab is one tap from launch. The search bar is always at the top. Filters are one tap from the header. Detail screens load in under half a second from cache.

PRIVACY AND ATTRIBUTION

Your favorites stay on your device. The app uses Google AdMob to keep itself free; in regions where applicable (EU/UK), you control consent through the in-app Manage ad consent setting. iOS users see Apple's standard tracking prompt once on first launch — declining is fine and keeps ads non-personalized.

Pokémon data is fetched from PokéAPI (https://pokeapi.co), a free, public, community-maintained REST API. PokéAPI is the data source; Pokémon, Pokémon character names, and all related trademarks are property of their respective owners.

WHAT THIS APP IS NOT

This is a reference and planning tool, not a game. There are no in-game items, no paid currency, no battle simulation, no trading, and no online multiplayer. There is no premium tier and no in-app purchases.
