Ratings and reviews

It is possibly the worst shopping app in existence. Laggy, there are a lot of unusable features or that you have to click several times until they work (if they work). I got a pop up but I could not press the X as it was actually pressing one the items behind the pop up so to speak so the only way to get rid of it was to close the app and open again. Do you guys want to get rid of customers on purpose? Because if so, it works. Off to Argos.

Basically just a frontend to the website. It doesn't remember your accountor keep you logged in, which makes it somewhat pointless to use as you have to login or enter your order number and postcode to track your order. The shopping interface is otherwise fine. Filter and sort buttons do not work sometimes (probably waiting for the webpage to load in the background). It does save typing in the website address I suppose...

The app itself is good and easy to use. The tracking feature doesn't seem to be working properly. It lets me know how many deliveries left before mine, and also gives a window of when the item will be delivered, but I can't actually track the item. It says the driver location is unavailable on the map. The driver did give a call 10 mins before he arrived and everything else seems to be fine though.
