Expensive annual subscription for a less than good service. I'm writing this after using it for one year. The camera hardware is decent and easy to install. The worst part is that I repeatedly had to reconnect it to wifi. It would disconnect seemingly every day and reconnecting it takes like 5 minutes. It's really not safe to have your baby monitor randomly stop monitoring. I wish I had just used a ring camera or something that didn't need an Internet connection.

I have suddenly stopped receiving notifications. Happening on my husband's phone, too. My notification settings are correct and I've reinstalled the app, but it's still not working. I'd also like to highlight that the camera has been disconnecting from wifi frequently (it's right next to the hub, so distance is not the issue). Extremely frustrated.

Update: sept2024 NO LONGER GET NOTIFICATIONS. I turned notifications off then back on, still nothing. i still have non-stop issues with this app. It is lagging all the time. I can't get a smooth view. I have to wait like 10 seconds for the cam to load. My baby cried for a long time this AM and we had no clue due to sleep! Old review: app kicks us out every few months and won't let us reset pw until we've hit the reset button 30 times. Then it still won't let you login. I'm SICK OF THIS.
