The app struggles to connect to the camera. The iPhone version seems to work better for my wife. also the UI is just 90% stuff locked behind the subscription. I already bought your camera, I'm not paying you to keep using it. All in all a perfect example of everything wrong with today's tech. Would give zero stars if I could.

The app used to be better with the integrated timeline view, where I could easily see when my baby was stirring, falling back to sleep, crying, and waking up. That got rid of that, and replaced it with something that is much less intuitive. Also, I can sometimes take forever for the video feed to load, especially when you're trying to see what's going on when crying's detected.

DO NOT USE UNTIL THEY ROLLBACK THE OLD VERSION. I have been using the app for years through a couple of kids and it was always convenient and mostly glitch free. Then a few months ago they pushed a new version of the app and it is completely useless. If it's not fixed soon we are going to be forced to purchase something different.
