Ratings and reviews

This was a great option for me to check in on my dogs from the house while I'm at work. It was reliable and worked well for months, but probably for the last 2 months the app just won't load fully so you can't do anything, or it won't let you log in (or even attempt to let you use the Google login). At this point I can probably manage to use it like 3 times a week when I used to check it 3 times a day.

Per AnyViewer Support, the latest Version is not Compatible With Android Version 16 in Google Pixel 9 XL. The app is inconsistent across devices, Mac, PC, mobile, with features not working on some platforms. The app seems like a good alternative to other more expensive versions. but the app is often unreliable. Support is via email only, regardless of what level of subscription you purchase. which is disappointing. The support is disappointing as well.

Aside from the fact that I have to force stop the app each time before using it or it won't respond, when it works it's the best for secure remote file transfer and secure access to remote devices. I enjoy using it. The connections are really stable and it has never crashed or become non responsive. I'm still using the free version, but I do like the pricing compared to other similar apps and when the need arises that will be a major factor in moving to a paid subscription.
