Ratings and reviews

Please hire someone who knows what they are doing to update your app. Top stories should be at the top, not high school sports that very few people care about. It's bizarre that important stories that may involve people's safety can't be read unless you buy a subscription. If I'm in the obituary section and finish reading an obituary and hit the back button, it takes me back to the main page, rather than leaving me in the obituaries. I then have to go back into the obituaries to look at others.

This used to be my goto app for local news. Sadly, they updated the app a little while ago and it isn't completely compatible with my phone's version of android. The support folks told me to update my OS but there are no updates for android for my phone. Worse than this, I've turned off notifications in the app.. But the notifications continue to pop up. Too bad that applications feel the need to update from a working format just because. So long and farewell.

It was an alright for the most part but for the last few months any time I go to the Crime section under News, other than the rotating latest stories from across the app, the first article is well over a month old if not more. This never used to be the case. Not sure what happened but this hasnt been resolved in months..
