slow. 15 minutes delay for USA stock prices and no limit order option or price alert for usa so you're literally buying usa stocks blind! OK for an isa but DEFINITELY look elsewhere for a dealing app, it's also super expensive for fx fees when buying stocks. they also list in dollars then send contract notes in pounds and don't tell you how many dollars you paid making it hard to track the price movements and they don't tell you the conversion rate they use either. I'm switching to Trading 212

My big problem with the app is that there are about 3 if not 4 or more different balances and they never agree. Another thing, I bought US shares, and the quote was in Sterling so I really had no idea what market price I was offered. Even after the fact, nowhere is the dollar price displayed. Nowhere. That's no way to do business IMHO.

your app/web needs a serious upgrade. very combirsom and confusing to use. a lot of useless data is thrown everywhere and the ones needed are hidden. hope your teams are aware of other platforms and their compelling product offerings
