Ratings and reviews

A very easy to use platform with plenty products and features plus great customer service and dealing teams. That said, it can be improved, e.g. by creating views by exchange, or sector, or even customised views, easier insights in when and at what prices you've traded a stock at and particularly stock price updates during the day, as some stock prices are only updated overnight. A greater selection of stocks and exchanges would also be appreciated. FX could/should be cheaper.

why are you making so difficult for me to invest? why don't you have a one-click option next to my cash total to reinvest the cash? Now, in order to reinvest, I need to search the fund, then remember by hearth how much cash I have available and so on. Why do you complicate life for customers due to a badly designed app, while it is so easy to design a simple one?

I oped a Sipp to test the app but it crashed, blocked access and not been a reliable app. AJ Bell take far too long to respond to any enquiries. I won't be moving my pension despite possible lower fees. You get what you pay for.
