too many problems in the application The major one is payment doesn't reflect in the app in real time it takes too much time some of my transactions even appear in the app the next day after the settlement. No record whether I'm receiving all the transactions or not. kindly update the application and resolve this major issue, the transaction reflection in the application must be real-time.

While the airtel Merchant app and Payment Speaker is functional, the Bengali voice notifications need urgent improvement. The pronunciation and tone sound unnatural and lack proper fluency, making it difficult for customers and merchants to understand clearly. Please refine the Bengali voice synthesis to ensure it sounds professional and accurate.

Real time payment notification is worst and update also very delayed. sometime not showing in applications also. If this continues going to change the payment app from Airtel.
