To begin using the Chicago Taxi App today:
• Download the free app
• Enter your phone number
• Validate your account (via the notification code you receive)

Ratings and reviews

I want to support taxi drivers but this app is terrible. It keeps freezing and closing, the search function refreshes for each letter, as if it was the 1990s, and it only recognizes addresses, not names. It also doesn't explain why it wants access to your media and files, but refuses to let you even register without access. All in all, a terrible app nowhere near ready to be released. Taxi drivers deserve better.

We scheduled ahead of time, no taxi bothered to show up. Almost missed our flight and had to shell out extra $$$ for an uber.

When it worked, it was great, but the app keeps crashing almost as soon as you open it.
