It's unbelievable that a company responsible for managing people's credit reports and financial records operates like this. I paid for my credit report two days ago, but I still haven't received it. I've raised a complaint through the app, sent emails to customer support, and even tried calling multiple times, but there has been absolutely no response. I had nice experience with this app for the first time I installed and got my credit report generated but for now it has been worst it only deducts money but does not generate the credit report while our transaction goes successful. upon contacting customer support they say your payment is successful so your statement but no statement was generated. poor performance for the last time I also registered a complaints but now it is written there Resolved.

It's been almost a week and the app has not been able verify my credentials. Like someone else has already. I have sent them multiple emails with my credentials and every time I call the helpline they send me the same email again and again.
