I have been trying to receive an OTP from Tasdeeq for the past two weeks, but not a single code has been delivered to my registered number, which has completely blocked my verification process. I have already emailed support and received no proper response. This kind of system failure and lack of support is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Resolve this issue immediately.

The Tasdeeq app system is extremely unfair. A user is labeled as a defaulter after just one late installment, even when their overall loan history is excellent with timely repayments. After a single overdue, banks and digital loan apps refuse to provide any further loans, and even digital payments get affected. In Pakistan’s difficult economic conditions, failing to distinguish between a late payment and a total default is unjust and destroys an honest person’s financial future.

I am trying to create an account and when I type a new password which is more than 8 characters with a number and a symbol, it still says that i need to make such and such password and wouldn't let me sign up. very disappointed
