I have been trying to register my account on the Tasdeeq app for the past several days, but after setting the same password, it repeatedly says the passwords do not match. In addition, another colleague also tried, but she is not receiving the OTP. It has been almost one month now. pathetic app

I have been trying to receive an OTP from Tasdeeq for the past two weeks, but not a single code has been delivered to my registered number, which has completely blocked my verification process. I have already emailed support and received no proper response. This kind of system failure and lack of support is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Resolve this issue immediately.

I want to dispute a transaction made using my Mashreq Bank debit card. I paid 999 for a plan, but the service has not been activated. The amount has already been deducted from my account. Kindly investigate this transaction and assist in resolving the issue.
