My wife mitakenly enter unregistered mobile no. on tasdeeq app in signup process now she is not able to signup with registered mobile no popup showing CNIC already registered she launched a complain via email as well as via call center but still issue haven't resolved it causes delay as she need her credit history for some critical and urgent process. Call centre representative pick up a call only for one time in a whole day and a issue raises since 4 days before. Very pathetic customer care

registration process is very dicey. despite the mobile number in my name and verified by PTA and a working email address, the app still says my account couldn't be verified. looks like they're not fully equipped to call themselves Tasdeeq

Doesn't work on pixel 8 pro. The password is never accepted during signup, even if it matches the requirements. Tried several times over past 2 to 3 months.
