Opened app an found something I liked am bought it. First time buying gold was super happy to start investing in a physical asset. After I ordered I noticed a special price for 1 gram special order for new customers, said alright why not. because less then 20 minutes earlier I bought something, disqualified from the deal. customers support basically told me tough luck, I don't like that. asked to cancel my order, $50 cancelation fee. I won't be using this app or buying gold. awful experience.

APMEX is reliable, but the pricing is disappointing. 1 oz and even 10 oz silver bars come with very high premiums, and once you add shipping, the total cost is significantly above market value. Honestly, I’d rather buy from Costco where prices are closer to spot — but their stock is rarely available. Overall, convenient app, but not cost-efficient.

The app is ok I guess. But they want to charge you 3× what it actually costs to ship them. Nearly $40 for a $23 coin with shipping included. I can get the exact same coins on eBay for under $30 with shipping included. App misleads you into thinking that you're getting a "deal", but when you get to checkout it's nearl6 double what the price advertised was. They prey on people's gullibility. Shameful.....
