• Book a facility such as a tennis court, gym, clubhouse, party hall, etc.
• Track vehicles entering the gated community.
• Issue Gate Pass to your domestic help.
• Book or order from local services.
• Access Apartment Owners Discussion Forums and participate in discussions. This greatly helps reduce e-mail clutter.
• Access Apartment Interest Groups to share interesting events, celebrations, stories, news, images with your neighbors.
• Approve/Pre-approve visitors or guests at the apartment gate.
• Inform expected visitors to the security.
• Lock and unlock your vehicles from the app for additional security.
• Raise Maintenance Complaints to the Staff along with pictures of the issue.
• Scan the QR code assigned to each facility and raise complaints if the said
facility is malfunctioning. This feature is unique to ANACITY.
• View and pay dues.

The App is slow and flips through multiple screens just to get a simple task done. Unusable. After adding a delivery to the gate, it takes several seconds to add it, then shows the confirmation, then takes you to all the gate passes where there is no option to add another entry. so you have to come back to the home screen and repeat the whole tirade. Also, approval of entries is annoyingly slow causing the security or delivery person to just call up requesting approval.

Pathetic UI. Most of the in app windows have down sliding options,due to which with a slight scroll down while reading or writing the message, the window slides completely down and also erasing the message you have typed. Today, I was writing a comment on a society ticket, after spending 10 mins on writing the message, when I tried to scroll down the scroll bar, the window also scrolled down and all the contents I wrote got erased. Frustration is at peak. Hire some good testers to your team.

Worst experience when paying maintenance fees, i am paying though net banking option and half of time gives me blank screen after selecting this option and switching to payment screen. please fix this asap. Also i am getting session timeout after entering otp within valid duration. I am delayed for payment.
