Using the ANACITY IN app, you can effortlessly perform the below actions:
• Book a facility such as a tennis court, gym, clubhouse, party hall, etc.
• Track vehicles entering the gated community.
• Issue Gate Pass to your domestic help.
• Book or order from local services.
• Access Apartment Owners Discussion Forums and participate in discussions. This greatly helps reduce e-mail clutter.
• Access Apartment Interest Groups to share interesting events, celebrations, stories, news, images with your neighbors.
• Approve/Pre-approve visitors or guests at the apartment gate.
• Inform expected visitors to the security.
• Lock and unlock your vehicles from the app for additional security.
• Raise Maintenance Complaints to the Staff along with pictures of the issue.
• Scan the QR code assigned to each facility and raise complaints if the said
facility is malfunctioning. This feature is unique to ANACITY.
• View and pay dues.
• Access Apartment Member Directory.
• Track and Update Action Items of the Society Managing Committee.

Miserable App!! There is a discrepancy regarding my maintenance due amount which has already been paid last year but still showing due. I have raised a concern request which is not been addressed yet along with 5 other complaints of others pending at the same time. I guess the authority created the app to harrass owners & went to sleep for good.

When alert comes you are showing add there as well. that add block approval button , even after multiple clicks it doesn't work. so add pop up needs a fix. I don't think showing add at that time is a good user experience, might be good business tactic

They spam your notifications with ads. Unfortunately, we cannot disable notifications since that will also disable approval requests or messages from the society. If this app runs on ads, what is the point of charging hefty fee from the society then? Also, the UI is terrible with ads displayed prominently. Actual usable info is buried amongst ads. The entire app is a joke
