SMART, SIMPLE, and FAST – well, that is ApnaComplex for you, the one-stop application for everything related to apartments and society management. If you are staying in an apartment complex, then this app is all you need to lead a comfortable life.
ApnaComplex offers features that add conveniences to the lives of both residents and the Management Committee.
Using the ApnaComplex app, you can effortlessly perform the below actions:
• Book a facility such as a tennis court, gym, clubhouse, party hall, etc.

• Track vehicles entering the gated community.
• Issue Gate Pass to your domestic help.
• Book or order from local services.
• Access Apartment Owners Discussion Forums and participate in
discussions. This greatly helps reduce e-mail clutter.
• Access Apartment Interest Groups to share interesting events, celebrations,
stories, news, images with your neighbours.
• Approve/Pre-approve visitors or guests at the apartment gate.
• Inform expected visitors to the security.
• Lock and Unlock your vehicles from the app for additional security.
• Raise Maintenance Complaints to the Staff along with pictures of the issue.
• Scan the QR code assigned to each facility and raise complaints if the said
facility is malfunctioning. This feature is unique to ApnaComplex.
• View and pay dues.
• Access Apartment Member Directory.
• Track and Update Action Items of the Society Managing Committee.
• Access Apartment Maintenance Staff details.
• Switch between apartments for those who are part of multiple complexes.
• Add new members to the application.

Through the ApnaComplex application, residents of a community can receive automated alerts and notifications such as,
• Alerts for School Bus pick up/drop of your child
• Alerts for Guests/visitors to the flats
• Alerts for domestic staff attendance
• Alerts for important notices and meeting reminders
• Automated reminders to pay maintenance dues

The above are only a handful of alerts and the application is designed to send many more such vital alerts.
The app also can be used by the maintenance staff to manage entire helpdesk operations. Staff can:

• Log new complaints, and update/close existing complaints.
• Take pictures of an issue before resolving and after resolving it and attach
them to the complaints.
• Record Readings of Utilities (such as Water Meters, Reticulated Gas, Energy
Meters) digitally.
• View Action Items assigned to them.

Using ApnaComplex, society admins can:
• Track key vitals of the society
• Broadcast emergency notifications via mobile alerts and SMS to all owners
/ residents
• Access financial statements of all flats.

Earlier it used to be better, but after the overhaul, it is very bad, with numerous problems. Even support used to be more responsive and intelligent, but that's not the case now. The whole interface is a beta release where the names of the items are kept from a developer perspective and not user's perspective. Most annoying behavior is when a delivery person arrives, a notification is given, and when you select/approve an option, it opens the app... :-((

The UI designer has not factored basics. At top there is down arrow gesture, where you keep clicking/swiping. Does nothing. Order section has Cancel, Exit..which means go back, but it goes in loop that it will cancel your order. One has to use mobile back but to exit that section. App always shows icon if 2 notifications..but it does not show in App white is 2 notification. You have to check everywhere but it still does not go/ reset to zero. UI design is clean but it does not follow basics.

Severely fed-up of the application. First the app kept adding someone else's name on my profile. And if you deny permission to show over other apps this app stops responding completely. Does not even open! If an app meant for managing apartment complex doesn't even allow user to view notifications, then what is the point of using that app?
