Using the ANACITY IN app, you can effortlessly perform the below actions:
• Book a facility such as a tennis court, gym, clubhouse, party hall, etc.
• Track vehicles entering the gated community.
• Issue Gate Pass to your domestic help.
• Book or order from local services.
• Access Apartment Owners Discussion Forums and participate in discussions. This greatly helps reduce e-mail clutter.
• Access Apartment Interest Groups to share interesting events, celebrations, stories, news, images with your neighbors.
• Approve/Pre-approve visitors or guests at the apartment gate.
• Inform expected visitors to the security.
• Lock and unlock your vehicles from the app for additional security.
• Raise Maintenance Complaints to the Staff along with pictures of the issue.
• Scan the QR code assigned to each facility and raise complaints if the said
facility is malfunctioning. This feature is unique to ANACITY.
• View and pay dues.
• Access Apartment Member Directory.

Worst experience when paying maintenance fees, i am paying though net banking option and half of time gives me blank screen after selecting this option and switching to payment screen. please fix this asap. Also i am getting session timeout after entering otp within valid duration. I am delayed for payment.

We use this for our society's management and maintenance invoices. The payment options are very bad, only UPI is free, CC/Debit card payments are charged at hefty 3.5%, Net banking is also charged, not friendly app from payment perspective.

Earlier many records were handled manually, but after using this app everything became systematic and transparent. It saves time and reduces confusion in society accounts. Thank you 👍
