Using the ANACITY IN app, you can effortlessly perform the below actions:
• Book a facility such as a tennis court, gym, clubhouse, party hall, etc.
• Track vehicles entering the gated community.
• Issue Gate Pass to your domestic help.
• Book or order from local services.
• Access Apartment Owners Discussion Forums and participate in discussions. This greatly helps reduce e-mail clutter.
• Access Apartment Interest Groups to share interesting events, celebrations, stories, news, images with your neighbors.
• Approve/Pre-approve visitors or guests at the apartment gate.
• Inform expected visitors to the security.
• Lock and unlock your vehicles from the app for additional security.
• Raise Maintenance Complaints to the Staff along with pictures of the issue.
• Scan the QR code assigned to each facility and raise complaints if the said
facility is malfunctioning. This feature is unique to ANACITY.
• View and pay dues.
• Access Apartment Member Directory.

Ratings and reviews

Giving one star because they are sending advertisement notifications without having an option to turn them off. Only way is to turnoff entire apps notifications which will disable the required visitor notifications also. Also, UI is really poor, If you want to find something, it takes lot of efforts.

Have been using Anacity App for a while and struggling with duplicate invoice generation. We have been struggling since a year now and they are just giving false promises. All statements generated by Anacity keep on adding dues on my unit and incorrect information and invoice is generated.

Convenience charges are too high..and who takes Convenience charge for UPI payments? Anacity Does! Feel like booking movie tickets with high Convenience fees! App is also out dated with very less features for end users no way to download statements for users. Just a basic app with high charges!
