Using the ANACITY IN app, you can effortlessly perform the below actions:
• Book a facility such as a tennis court, gym, clubhouse, party hall, etc.
• Track vehicles entering the gated community.
• Issue Gate Pass to your domestic help.
• Book or order from local services.
• Access Apartment Owners Discussion Forums and participate in discussions. This greatly helps reduce e-mail clutter.
• Access Apartment Interest Groups to share interesting events, celebrations, stories, news, images with your neighbors.
• Approve/Pre-approve visitors or guests at the apartment gate.
• Inform expected visitors to the security.
• Lock and unlock your vehicles from the app for additional security.
• Raise Maintenance Complaints to the Staff along with pictures of the issue.
• Scan the QR code assigned to each facility and raise complaints if the said
facility is malfunctioning. This feature is unique to ANACITY.

Worst experience when paying maintenance fees, i am paying though net banking option and half of time gives me blank screen after selecting this option and switching to payment screen. please fix this asap. Also i am getting session timeout after entering otp within valid duration. I am delayed for payment.

Worst app for society management.Association uses this app for voting however this app is not meant for voting. the entire management is corrupt and manipulates the voting process and when you find loopholes they dont even come forward to share the logs or answer you. they will always hide behind the association for all the manipulation they do in the voting process. don't ever opt for this app for your apartment. its super expensive too as compared to other apps like MyGate etc.

It's been a good experience. Please introduce dark mode ASAP. Also, for iPhone users, the approval pop-up should be available without having to unlock the iPhone and then approve the person.
