Ratings and reviews

Not able to upload or make Pre alerts on shipments compared to other shipping companies, that way as soon as you make an order you can upload your invoice. Also not able to see or post description of items your shipping. this makes it difficult for people who shop multiple items to identify each shipment without having to go through multiple tracking numbers.

I've been a loyal MyCart Express member since 2023, and I gotta say, their customer service is always on fleek! 😊 They're super welcoming and helpful every time. I'm not switching ships (or shipping companies, haha) anytime soon - they're stuck with me! 🙌 1 Mobay Branch

The app refuses to open at all. Tried earlier this week and it worked fine but can't access it as of this morning.
