Not able to upload or make Pre alerts on shipments compared to other shipping companies, that way as soon as you make an order you can upload your invoice. Also not able to see or post description of items your shipping. this makes it difficult for people who shop multiple items to identify each shipment without having to go through multiple tracking numbers.

I don't know what's wrong, but since I updated the app today, it only opened once. even cleared the cache and it still won't open

Update: App is good to go again. I was able to add invoices from my gallery, now pdf is the only file that can be attached. Shein does not give pdf invoices, they can only be saved as images. I'm out here struggling just to convert some damn image to pdf just to upload on this stupid app. If something isn't broken, don't try to fix it.🤦🏽‍♂️the app was smooth sailing before yall done messed it up
