My experience with this company was extremely unpleasant. I was incorrectly charged additional fees on more than one occasion and on the second instance of this I went in-store to enquire about the charge. The store personnel were also unpleasant and dismissive towards my enquiry. 0/10 do not recommend doing business with these people.

Not able to upload or make Pre alerts on shipments compared to other shipping companies, that way as soon as you make an order you can upload your invoice. Also not able to see or post description of items your shipping. this makes it difficult for people who shop multiple items to identify each shipment without having to go through multiple tracking numbers.

I can't open the app with my password, even when it's 100% correct, it's telling me that my password has an error, but yet, I can access via the web. Because of that, this company wants to hold onto my package for something that I already paid for. They even charged me more ontop of that for my package, saying the MCE# is missing when on the invoice, the MCE# is on it. This is a hedious service that they are providing, I am therefore disconnecting my service with them and taking it elsewhere.
