Not able to upload or make Pre alerts on shipments compared to other shipping companies, that way as soon as you make an order you can upload your invoice. Also not able to see or post description of items your shipping. this makes it difficult for people who shop multiple items to identify each shipment without having to go through multiple tracking numbers.

The app crashes often and if there are any delays because of the supplier it takes 7 days for my cart to make the updates and add the item to the app, those delaying your package even longer. the app is useful when checking in at the store but alot of improvements are needed, especially on the back end when updates are to be made via the app from the company

I've been having issues in July with adding the prices to the app when uploading the invoice. This needs to be addressed to avoid any unforeseen issues with customers. It's rather annoying. Also, this app needs to be customized to allow customers to be Pre-Alert, just like Aeropost. waiting 7 days for a package without the MCE is ridiculous, and the package is already at Local Sorting Facilty.
