Ratings and reviews

Failed me in December with an "all attorneys are busy" notification. Call back later. What good is calling back later after receiving a traffic ticket? Today, it requested that I update the app and that a verification link would be sent to my email account. It never came, so now I'm locked out of the app completely. Calls and emails to customer service go unanswered. Don't waste your time or money.

I'm currently unable to get into the app. There's a page that shows an empty documents list with no option to upload. Then there's a page where I can enter emergency contact information. Then there's a page that prompts me to enter a 4-digit PIN. Anything I enter there results in a green "success" alert which reads "Access Token has expired". There is no way to move forward. No way to reset or obtain a new access token. I'm just stuck.

Even for the piece of mind, this app is amazing. Just knowing if you ever get confronted by police, you have someone there to back you up and protect your rights, that lifts a heavy mental burden on me. Personally never had to use it, but it's similar to owning a self defense firearm. You hope to never use it, but its there for your protection and that does your anxiety wonders.
