Ratings and reviews

Do not take this Forex card. Useless. Have been trying to add money for last 3 days and it just keeps saying experiencing issues with SBI and Axis banks. If there are issues that you are aware of why is no one working on fixing those. Why does the customer have to pay for it. Recommendation: Go for regular credit cards and enable international transactions on those. Much more reliable and extremely better customer service compared to book my forex

Th app will not allow me to link my forex card to my account and reload it. After multiple requests over a week they had deleted my old card association, but along with that they wiped off and deleted all my previous records and transactions. Phone representatives are totally useless other than saying drop an email about issue. Not even capable of understanding issue fully. Email responses try something and say issue is resolved. Horrible service!!!

Received the card on time and the process was really smooth. Will recommend others to also use the same. Changing the rating from 5 star to 1 star. So, the delivery was smooth and the delivery executive made me give 5 star to the app saying that their incentives are linked to app ratings. However, when he left, the status reverted back from card delivered to payment received. I kept following up with their customer service and they kept promising that card will be loaded but no change in 2 days
