Ratings and reviews

Very bad experience. I wanted to have $200 currency. These people are asking 3 years bank statement with ITR. This is not required for small amount as per the guidelines. They tell us about additional documentation only after payment is done not before. Now i am trying to cancel the order and get refund. Seems that is also not easy

DO NOT GET THIS CARD. The documentation process is unnecessarily long, complicated, and not in favour of customer at all. They don't give proper information of what their process is before they take your money. Once you've made the transaction, only after that they let you know of the numerous odd documents needed. And then, they cancel your order. customer service is non-existent. only during the meager "working hours".

Do not take this Forex card. Useless. Have been trying to add money for last 3 days and it just keeps saying experiencing issues with SBI and Axis banks. If there are issues that you are aware of why is no one working on fixing those. Why does the customer have to pay for it. Recommendation: Go for regular credit cards and enable international transactions on those. Much more reliable and extremely better customer service compared to book my forex
