As a long term customer for six years it saddens me that they take one step forward and then two steps backwards. The most recent update broke a lot of things like not saving my meal choices and now i'm locked with meals i dont want for the next three days. My subscription started yesterday and yet they didn't deliver. I had to contact customer service about it and they did nothing. The chicken options are almost always undercooked or taste bad. Honestly save yourself and look somewhere else.

The food is generally acceptable; however, on several days the chicken was not properly cooked, and the soup quality was below expectations. That said, the main reason for my dissatisfaction is the delivery system, which is the most critical factor for organizing my daily schedule. Unfortunately, there is no fixed delivery time, the delivery staff demonstrates an unprofessional attitude, and there is a clear lack of monitoring, customer service follow-up, and overall management.
