Dr. Monica Blied, a neuropsychologist and lupus warrior, knows what it’s like to live with pain worsened by stress. Through her clinical expertise and lived experience, she transformed suffering into purpose — and created this app to help you do the same.

Greatest app ever for mental health and well being!!! So many activities to relax my mind and body. There is something for everyone in this app. It's like Calm or Headspace app, but so much better! I love that its not just breathing exercises. The CBT skills and grounding skills have been a saving grace when my anxiety is high. Dr. Blied is a genius.
