Worst home loan app I've ever used. Every 10 seconds a third-party keyboard popup appears, making it almost impossible to use the app. The UI is broken and doesn't fit the screen properly, so many features are unusable. On top of that, my home loan account isn't even visible in the app. The browser version is no better, with pages constantly changing or not working correctly. Such a poor digital experience for a major bank. Please fix these issues.

Not able to raise any request to do part payments/prepayments. If I have to visit the bank every time or call CC then what's the use of this app?? Heavy inflow of reviews are regarding such issues only, still they have shown zero concern towards customer grievances. Seems it intentionally being ignored even 1 day interest at hdfc level makes a huge difference in their daily earning which we customers end up paying. This is insane.

From the last few days, I have been facing an issue with the HDFC Home Loan application. When I try to log in, I receive the OTP, but after entering the OTP, the application does not proceed further, and I am unable to log in. Additionally, I have tried logging in from another device as well, but the same issue is occurring there too.
