On the app opening app is redirecting me to the other link to know more about security. I am not able to login to the app. Also there is no option for partial pre-payment of loan for this i always need to send mail to the bank. Other banks have this facility.

Outdated app. No option for the customer to do part payment as we have to reach out to the customer care everytime to help us out for the same. After doing the same, it takes time to reflect the same and sometimes the customer rep says that it will get updated in the next monthly refresh. SBI has a better app than this so-called private bank app.

Very disappointed with the HDFC Home Loan app. There is no proper breakdown of principal paid, interest paid, and outstanding balance in a simple format. Payment updates take too long to reflect, making it difficult to track loan status accurately. The app should provide clear and real-time loan tracking like other banking apps. Please improve the user experience and transparency
