About this app

Private Diary is a personal journal made for calm writing and keeping memories on your device. Write freely, add photos or voice notes, and choose the font, paper, ink color, and stickers that fit your page.

Your memories stay local to your phone. Protect them with a PIN or password, with optional biometric unlock on compatible devices. You can also set a discreet daily reminder that does not reveal diary content in the notification.

What you can do
• Write text memories with varied fonts, sizes, line spacing, and paper backgrounds.
• Record voice notes and attach photos to your memories.
• Tag a mood, use writing templates and gratitude prompts, and view private on-device insights.
• Organize memories into folders, save drafts, favourite entries, and search your archive.
• Draw or handwrite directly on a page and decorate it with stickers.
• Create and restore password-protected local backups.
• Set automatic locking and permanently erase app data on your device after confirmation.

Private Diary does not require an account and does not add cloud synchronisation. You remain in control of your memories and backups on your own device.
