Please build more! The interface needs a bit of work on the actual machines. If the app could select the connector instead it would be helpful. The touch screens on the machines are pretty poor because they need to be robust. Also the contactless payment isnt sensitive. Otherwise if you use the app, things work much better. Full whack charging is always nice too.

I'll work it out as to why you change Gallagher stations from card to app one day. No 1 works fine on the app, and chip's pin, but No2 always always has issues either it won't take card now it's the app. I see people driving off in a huff , must be costing you tens of thousands a year. Charger No1, like you didn't know.

Great to be able to find and use charge points without a card, but using contactless seems actually easier. The physical units weren't numbered but they were in the app, making it not completely obvious you've selected the correct unit in the app. Each unit displays a unit ID but for some reason this isn't visible in the app. I also encountered a unit that was taken out of service by the station owner but appeared available in the app, meaning a short wait for the other unit to become free.
