It is an awfully terrible experience. It takes almost a week to decrypt, this makes no sense. They are a scam. Deducting from ur debit card even when authorize. t have been deducted 3 times now in 3 weeks without my authorization. I subscribed for only 1 week. This is very bad. No customer service.

this is a scam, once you pay you don't get access to the chats as promised but there is count down that you can excelerate by paying more. you should know about this before you pay even a cent. I paid for a weekly subscription, the count down before all the messages are 'decriptred' is for 11 days, so I must pay another week's subscription having had no benefit from the 1st week before I can start viewing the messages - daylight robbery!

Very poor compare to your advert. For 3days already, the app has not opened the contact I wished to view the WhatsApp chats and I did a week subscription. I have to cancel the subscription as it is telling me to pay to boost the download. what a wasteful app and experience and resources and time
