This app is very poorly built, would not allow me to check in for my departure transfer and just keeps taking you out of the app to the website that then wants you to sign in again. What is the point of having an App that just keeps bringing you to an external website?

Horrible app. Spent over 2 hours trying to get the hotel shuttle transfers with no luck. Got a message saying the resource you are looking for might have been removed, had name change or temporarily unavailable. Next try got a message that it doesn't exist. So much stress Finally let my travel agent deal with it. Why have an app that caused this much stress.

Was told multiple times throughout my booking documents that I would need the app to present a QR code for the airport transfer shuttle. Not only did the QR code fail to appear in the app both times (it constantly said "not available"), all I had to do was walk up to the NexusTours rep and give my last name. No QR code or double checking required. The shuttle showed up and took us to and from the hotel. That's all I can say. Company itself was fine but this was a completely pointless app.
