I like quality products of pepperfry. Their service is awsome. Packaging nice. Word of advice, some courier services when return products undelivered due to some reason, please update the information very soon while checking the status to refund prepaid customers. There are many products for which shipping is not available for 190001, earlier which used to be not the case. Pepperfry app is also great. Kudos! You are doing very well 🖒
This app is so cubersome to post any complaint to customer Care department. The delivery service of the company is disgusting. The product is shown as delivered in the tracking system without making delivery. It is a fraudulent pratice. Delivery is much delayed and there is no proper communication channel. Why wharehouse Manager's telephone is not made available to contact him in case of delayed delivery. I am a most unsatisfied customer who spent Rs.27000 and have been given a raw treatment by the company.
Inspite reading all the reviews I wanted to give pepperfry a try. The first thing was that if I register I would 10000Rs to spend, but never received a mail for the same. I am glad that I was made aware of the "EXCELLENT" service provided and saving me from buying anything from the App. I woudnt expect any better service if I buy something.
Worst experience. . You guys expect me to wait at home for 48hours after delivery for assembly. Their assembly department is too bad, such a bad experience even before opening the product. Got confirmation on call for assembly took half-day from work, no one answered the call, customer care don't have policy to take complain. They just sent him a reminder. Like wow. . should I take 2days off for this thing.
Wrost technology .making foolish to customer to say no cost EMI. I brought the product on emi I got the loss of 1000 rs . Now company say you handle your issue it self. We can not do it any thing.
Absolutely forgettable experience, no control on inventory. My purchase appears to be shipped for long, but the actual supplier is only extending the delivery time week after week. Already confirmed on a date of delivery then postponed twice till now - from 17 Jan - Feb sometime, hopefully no further delays, paid in advance - can only wait :( Further assured of no help despite intervention initiated from the HO itself.... Just formality sake follow ups :(
