Overpriced items and no cancellation policy which is ridiculous. I was not allowed to cancel an order which wasn't despatched because of their ridiculous policy. How can one think of supporting local companies when they have such ridiculous policies. Even the items are over priced and one get the same items at much cheaper price on other sites. Update 05/26: As requested, I responded back with order details on 05/21. Haven't heard back yet. My rating will remain 1.

I have purchased a queen bed with end tables, and found at the time of assembly the two end tables missed on the shipment. I had to make multiple followups to get the refund, the board had broken parts and Pepperfry never able to address this, finally they put it on me as usage issue (even the product is not assembled and carpenter reported this as well), outside of 7 days period and nothing can be done. So pls learn from my mistake, especially when you are buying higher value products..

This is the worst online retailer selling products on their website. They don't have UPI and when you purchase a product via debit/credit card, the payment never goes through. I tried 3 debit and 2 credit cards, none of them worked. When you contact the customer care, they send you a payment link separately via email. When you make the payment, the order keeps showing pending even after money is deducted from your bank account. The bank says Pepperfry has the money, Pepperfry says bank has it.
