About this app

RxShield is a medication and health tracker designed to help you keep your medication schedule, health readings, and personal health information organized in one place.
Medication tracking
• Add prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, and supplements
• Create medication schedules and dose reminders
• Mark doses as Taken or Skipped
• Undo dose entries when needed
• See today's complete medication schedule
• Track refill quantities and refill status
• Add custom medications when a medicine isn't available in the database
• Medication drafts are automatically preserved if you leave the add-medication screen
Medication reminders
Set reminders for your scheduled doses and receive notifications at the appropriate times.
On supported Android devices, RxShield can add medication alarms to the device's Clock app. RxShield also provides in-app reminder notifications where supported.
You can configure notification sounds, alarm settings, and individual medication reminders.
A test alarm is available so you can verify your reminder setup.
Medication interaction information
RxShield can review medication combinations using its bundled interaction information and structured drug-label information.
The interaction dashboard can show Major, Moderate, and Minor interaction information and lets you review the combinations detected for your medications.
Interaction information is provided for informational purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for advice from a doctor or pharmacist.

View your latest readings, history, and trend charts for supported measurements.
You can also choose the date and time of a reading and export health information when needed.
