Language issue. I ordered some products via fb ad, now I downloaded the application and can't find other languages. Everything is in Turkish language. It should be shown on the front of the app, at least with flags. The mail I got is also half English, half Turkish. Very often you just have to guess what button you press. With this kind of app that sells worldwide, this should be fixed.

The worst experience ever, I ordered a winter trench coat over 2 months ago, and I still have yet to receive my order! I will never order from their site again! I have been ignored and told bogus answers about how the package was dropped off, check the front and back of my doorstep, than UPS Turkey hasn’t communicated with UPS USA, to resolve the matter, and finally please wait 7-12 business days! They cannot honestly call themselves a reputable business with the worst customer service and a delivery service that doesn’t properly investigate the complaints! I was home the time it was delivered but did not get the item! I have no reason to lie if I actually got the product! These criminals took over a $100 dollars from me, with no product in site. Put them out of business for good!

Horrible experience! I received a completely wrong order. I ordered and paid for 13 items and I received only 4 items, which I did not even order. The customer service team did not do anything to resolve this issue and after almost a month since my order, I still did not receive my refund and their team is unreachable. Also, they don't have a proper number or whatsapp contact information and you cannot reach them in any way except via email & they take a very long time to respond to your email.
