About this app

ShredPay makes it easy to access USDC, buy and sell crypto, participate in risk-rated DeFi yield opportunities, and send stablecoin payments securely. Users will be able to purchase USDC, a stablecoin, using US Dollars, as set forth below.

What you can do with ShredPay:
• Buy USDC:
Deposit USD from your bank account and purchase USDC. Your USDC is delivered directly to your ShredPay-connected wallet. As set forth in the additional notes below, this is accessed through the “Deposit” button on the app.
• Earn responsible Decentralized Finance (“DeFi”) yield
Access curated risk-rated yield opportunities from leading DeFi protocols — including Aave and Morpho — through a simplified and user-friendly experience. This is accessed through the Earn button on the app.
• Send peer-to-peer USDC payments
Easily transfer USDC stablecoins to other ShredPay users. This is accessed through the QR Code Scan button on the app.
• Buy and sell crypto
Buy and sell crypto currency using USDC from your ShredPay wallet. You can select from a curated list of cryptocurrencies and ShredPay will facilitate the purchase of those assets through a decentralized crypto exchange (ShredPay does not operate a centralized exchange. This is initially accessed through the “Buy” button on the app.
