Surely best shopping app. The app is excellent. Product search could be a little better. We should also be able to order any unreviewed goods because we may have used it previously. My ordering experience, on the other hand, was extremely smooth and speedy. The items I received were authentic. I was also fine with the unexpected present. The surprise item was something I didn't use on a regular basis but wanted to try, so it was a win-win situation.

I've been using smytten for trial products as well as full packaging. It's a really good app and all the brands have nice offers most of the times. But recently I got an issue. I am not able to find any trial points left in my account although I have done few orders for full package products and trial products recently. Otherwise, I could have given rating of 5 stars. Thank you and please resolve this issue as i am not able to order any trial products.

Ordered trial products by paying extra 35/- over 200/- to recieve the glow boosting kit. Half the contents of the order were empty. On complaining about it several times I received 1 TRIAL POINT. THAT'S IT No replacement for the products with empty content. I had even e-mailed the pictures and videos taken immediately after delivery as proof of the claim. But the only best possible solution present with them was adding an extra trial point. I had used 6 trail points + paid extra cash to order.
