About this app

Strino is an AI chord finder: it detects the chords of any song and shows them in time with the music, so you can play along on guitar, ukulele or bass.

AI CHORD FINDER FOR ANY SONG
• Search for a song, paste a video link, import an audio file, or identify the song that's playing around you
• Strino detects the chords and shows them on a timeline, in sync with the music
• Read the lyrics with the chords above the words, like a lead sheet that follows the song
• See the song's key, BPM and time signature, with a chord diagram for every chord
• Change the speed and the key, or use a capo, and practice at your own pace

CHORD LIBRARY WITH SOUND
• Hundreds of guitar chords, plus chords for electric guitar, ukulele, bass and cavaquinho
• Hear every chord, or play it note by note to check each string
• Several positions for each chord, with finger numbers on the fretboard

CHORD PROGRESSIONS TO PLAY ALONG
• The progressions behind hundreds of songs: pop, blues, the '50s progression, ii–V–I and more
• Pick any key and tempo and play along with the app's sound
• Learn why each progression works and which songs use it

MUSIC THEORY, TUNER AND METRONOME
• Interactive circle of fifths, scales on the fretboard, intervals, modes and harmonic field
• Chromatic guitar tuner with standard and alternate tunings like Drop D and Open G
• Metronome with time signatures and subdivisions

• Players who want to learn songs by ear, faster
• Ukulele and bass players looking for chords and keys
